Access to this site (the “Site) implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated and/or modified at any time and at its sole discretion by Stellantis Europe SpA (“Stellantis”) without any need to give notice to users.

No responsibility, of any nature, is assumed by Stellantis in relation to users' access to the Site or their use of the related contents.

Site contents

All contents of the Site (news, photos, videos, sounds, brands, logos, domain names, application software, graphic layouts, technical documentation and manuals, etc.) and the rights related to them are reserved. Such contents can therefore be consulted exclusively for personal information purposes, any other use being expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of Stellantis.
Although every reasonable care has been used in collecting and presenting the information contained in this Site, no guarantee is given regarding its accuracy, completeness, usefulness, nor its possible uses by users; Stellantis therefore expressly excludes any liability for errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to the aforementioned data.

All contents of the Site - including the trademarks mentioned or reproduced on the Site, the designs and patents relating to the products present on the Site - are subject to copyright laws and other current regulations on the protection of intellectual and industrial property and Therefore, its reproduction, modification or use, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Stellantis or its rights holders.

Products and prices

Information and images - including product colors - regarding features, appearance, performance, dimensions and weights, prices, fuel consumption, running costs, etc. relating to the products on the Site are subject to continuous updating and may illustrate accessories and equipment on request which are not part of the standard equipment. These data are therefore to be considered purely indicative and susceptible to possible errors and inaccuracies.
Stellantis may, at any time, at its sole discretion, make structural or formal changes to the vehicles illustrated on the Site, or to the color shades or standard equipment of the vehicle.
The prices indicated on the Site are not intended to be binding as they are merely recommended by Stellantis to its distribution network.
For updated and timely information on the products and prices on the Site, Stellantis therefore invites users to contact its authorized branches and dealers.

Responsibility

Stellantis assumes no responsibility for the information and indications contained in the pages of the Site. In particular, they do not contain a tacit promise or guarantee relating to the composition, suitability for certain purposes of the Products or non-infringement by the Products themselves, of laws or patents. Some links to other sites on the Internet may appear on the Site. Therefore Stellantis has no influence on the configuration, availability, accessibility and contents of the pages connected to the Site via links and makes no guarantees regarding the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information in them reported.
Stellantis cannot be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, including loss of profit, deriving from the use or inability to use the Site and its contents, or sites linked to it directly or indirectly, as well as from omissions or errors.

Third party intellectual property

This website is operated by Stellantis. Stellantis owns the intellectual property rights of third parties. Some materials on the Site may be published and made available on the Site by third parties without the authorization of Stellantis. Stellantis' policy does not allow the permanence of materials that violate the rights of third parties and the accounts of users who violate such rights will be deleted once Stellantis becomes aware of the relevant violation.
If a user believes that any of the materials on the Site infringes his or her rights, that user should send Stellantis a note containing the following information:
i. identification of the violated right or, in the case of multiple violations, the list of all violations detected;
ii. identification of the material contained on the Site that violates the right(s) above and which you wish to remove or disable, accompanied by information aimed at identifying the subject of the violation(s) by Stellantis;
iii. the data necessary to contact the owner of the infringed right(s), including address, telephone number and, if available, e-mail address;
iv. a statement that use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner(s), its agent or legal representative;
v. a declaration stating that the information communicated to Stellantis is accurate and, with the knowledge that criminal sanctions will be incurred in case of false declaration, that you have the authorization to proceed on behalf of the owner of the right/s/ the violated(s);
vi. a signature, real or electronic, of the person authorized to proceed on behalf of the owner of the infringed right(s).

Applicable law and competent court

Without prejudice to any rights that users enjoy by virtue of different national or international regulations, these conditions of use of the Site are subject to Italian legislation and will be interpreted in accordance with the same (with the exception of its rules on conflicts of law ), including any dispute concerning the existence, validity and effectiveness of these conditions of use of the Site and any other agreement that refers to them.
Within the limits of the above, the competent court to hear any dispute arising with reference to these conditions of use of the Site as well as any other agreement that refers to them, will be the Court of Turin.
